Follow Up Appointments

When a potential buyer falls in love with your home and submits an offer, it’s an exciting moment! We’ll get together to review the offer and go over all the details. We’ll look at the price they’re offering, the timeframe they propose, and any repair requests they may have. If there are multiple offers, we’ll carefully compare them and choose the one that suits your needs best.

Once we accept an offer and are under contract, the buyer’s agent will arrange for a home inspection and appraisal. To make these processes go smoothly, I recommend preparing your home as if we were taking those beautiful listing photos again. A clean and clutter-free home will not only look better but also make it easier for the inspector and appraiser to assess the property without any distractions.

During this time, the buyer will be working on securing their financing, and after the inspection, they may have a list of repairs they’d like to see addressed. We’ll navigate through negotiations to determine which repairs, if any, will be taken care of.

After all the necessary steps are completed and the buyer does a final walk-through of the property, we’ll meet at the title company for the closing. This is where we’ll gather to sign the paperwork and officially close the sale.
